Reading Achievement Series
Your child's tutor will use the Phono-Graphix method because it focuses on teaching the "code" of the English language, and addresses the role that auditory processing plays in reading difficulties. Our students average a full grade level of more in reading after only 13 tutoring sessions, regardless of diagnoses of ADD, ADHD, learning disabilities, or dyslexia.
Verbal Intelligence
We offer a fantastic verbal intelligence tutoring program that actually improves your child's comprehension and reasoning skills (IQ). Our speech and language educators use the same methods that licensed speech pathologist use without the high cost. The best age to remediate speech is age 3. The younger the child, the less ingrained his/her speech patterns are, resulting in faster and easier remediation.
The Math Program
Our math tutoring program uses a back-to-basics approach. Students (and parents) struggling with Investigations math programs will appreciate the traditional content. Moving with Math is diagnostic (determines what your child does not know), prescriptive (teaches missing skills), and systematic (builds logically on previously learned concepts). The objectives covered in this tutoring program have a nearly 100% match to state and national achievement tests.
Advanced Math
Our math tutors specialize in explaining math concepts clearly. Whether your child is struggling with algebra, geometry, statistics or calculus, this tutoring program in math will help.
ACT Prep
By participating in one of our ACT Prep tutoring programs, your child could qualify for up to $2600 per year of scholarship money through BYU and other universities. While other ACT tutoring programs focus on test-taking tips, our tutors focus on test-taking skills as well as content. Your child will gain math skills they can use throughout their college experience.
Homework Help
Our tutors make navigating school work and test preparation with your child a breeze. They will communicate weekly with teachers and administrators at your child's school and provide a scheduled program to get thier school assignments completed accurately and on time.
